To make sure your items arrive on time, please plan on ordering at minimum 4 weeks ahead. All of our items are made to order and take 7-20 business days to complete. Shipping is not included in our creation tims. We guarantee ready to ship by date but cannot guarantee the exact day shipment will arrive to you.
If purchasing through Paypal, all items will be shipped to your PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. If using direct checkout or electronic fund payment options, items will be shipped to the address you provide to us. Shipping usually takes up to 7 days in Canada. If you would like to avoid shipping costs, you can make arrangements to pick up from our studio in Beaumont, Alberta.
To pick up from our Studio in Beaumont, Alberta please use coupon code PICKUPFROMMDH and message me for pick up arrangements. Sorry, but any order needing to be shipped out that uses the pickup code will be cancelled.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Your Order
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships or is ready to be picked up. Your order will ship once it has been completed and when your payment has cleared.
Shipping and Customs:
Shipping takes approx. 7-10 business days via Canada Post/FYTA/DHL/FEDEX/UPS (most economical option). Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for customs clearance.

From time to time shipping companies may assess customs charges, duties and/or tax. Customers are responsible for payment of these charges as these charges come from the shipping companies and do not come from MDH Designs.
***We can not issue a refund for orders, that do not arrive "on time", due to postal delays. Thank you for your understanding. ****
Damaged goods includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us within 24 hours from receipt of parcel to start a claim. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away as Courier companies require proof of shipping damage. Any claims placed after 24 hours will not be processed.
In the rare event that something does get damaged during shipping, We will fully replace damaged merchandise and ship the replacement to you as soon as possible.
Most of our items in our shop are made specifically for you when you order it. We leave a 24 hour window between when you place your order and placing an order cancellation request. Cancellation requests must be placed in writing on this platform via email.
Orders will not be able to be cancelled after 24 hours of order placement as our woodworkers and artists will have already started your project.
In the rare event that you want to return an item, we accept returns under these conditions:
- retail gift box or retail gift bag product Is packaged in is unopened and undamaged
- you have contacted us in writing via email within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return number.
Please note: customer is responsible for all shipping costs including tracking and insurance. Refunds are for product only and refunds will be processed once we have received product and verified that it has been unopened. We have the right to refuse a refund if the product has been opened or if the circumstances are not as customer described. Customer is also responsible for shipping fees to ship item back to us.
